The following items are necessary to request transcripts or GED test scores:
A $5.00 check or money order payable to Escanaba Area Senior High School (Any number of copies can be requested for the $5.00 fee.)

The name under which you graduated

Your year of graduation

The address (or fax number) where the transcripts should be sent

Note: Official Transcripts are mailed only to Colleges, Universities, etc. Unofficial transcripts are mailed to the graduate.
