The following items are necessary to request transcripts or GED test scores:

• A $5.00 check or money order payable to Escanaba Student Success Center
  Any number of copies can be requested for the $5.00 fee.

• The name under which you graduated

• Your year of graduation

• The address (or fax number) where the transcripts should be sent

• A phone number where you can be reached

Official Transcripts are mailed only to Colleges, Universities, etc. Unofficial transcripts are mailed to the graduate.
