Coordinator/Tutor

LEA Rep
Our Local Education Agency Representative (LEA) is Jason Micheau, Escanaba Jr/Sr High Assistant Principal.
Parents
Our Parent Committee helps to design and implement a program that is both educational and culturally relevant. The Parent Committee participates in monthly Title VI meetings, hosts the Spring and Fall Feasts, assists at cultural events, and raises money for the scholarship fund.
Students
Title VI students are invited to participate in all project activities. Look for announcements in the local newspaper, newsletters, flyers, and/or social media.
Native American Community
The Drum Noc Bay Singers, the Sault Tribe of Chippewa Indians, the Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians, the Hannahville Indian Community, and the NMU Center for Native American Studies have been supporting our schools, Native American students, and the community.
