Please refer to this chart to see what immunizations are required in Michigan. Immunization records will be assessed at Begindergarten or Kindergarten entry, at 7th grade, and any time a student changes school districts.

An immunization waiver may be obtained from your child’s physician if he/she has a valid medical contraindication to vaccines.
